JOHANNESBURG – Mzansi Magic has been at the forefront of discovering talent for both our reality and scripted series in South Africa. One such format that achieves this well is Clash of the Choirs South Africa, which brings together a group of great vocalists.
Season 4 of Clash of the Choirs South Africa premieres this year and travels to all nine provinces, which is a game-changer and season-high point. The 13-episode series will premiere on Mzansi Magic channel 161 on DStv on Sunday, 24 September 2023 at 6pm.

Mzansi Magic is seeking a choir made up of at least 16 people from each of the nine provinces.
The choirs will receive coaching from seven well-known choirmasters as they get ready to compete for a place in the top three choirs, who will advance to the live finale. South Africa then selects their preferred amateur choir by popular vote.
Each province will host a single day of auditions.

The winning choir is given a significant donation to the charity of their choice, in addition to the ultimate prize of R1 million. The viewers will also receive fantastic rewards.
Choirs must have members who are aged between 19 and 50.
