Temperature and UVB forecast
Gauteng:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm, becoming cloudy with scattered afternoon showers and thundershowers.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered over the Highveld.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot, but cloudy in the extreme east, becoming partly cloudy with isolated showers and thunderstorms in the west, otherwise scattered.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot, but cloudy in the extreme east, becoming partly cloudy with isolated showers and thunderstorms in the west, otherwise scattered.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Fine and hot to very hot, but cool along the coast, becoming partly cloudy with isolated showers and thunderstorms in the east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh southerly to south-easterly, but strong in the north, spreading south by late afternoon, reaching near-gale north of Hondeklip Bay
Western Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy in the south-west, becoming fine otherwise fine and warm becoming partly cloudy along the south coast.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-easterly but moderate along the south-coast.

Eastern Cape:
The Western half –Fine and warm, becoming cloudy in the south from evening.
The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light and variable becoming light to moderate south-easterly.
The Eastern half – Cloudy and warm but cool along the wild coast and adjacent interior. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected but scattered in the east.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light north-easterly becoming moderate to fresh easterly from the afternoon.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers but scattered in the west.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate south-easterly in the north at first, otherwise moderate easterly to north-easterly.
