Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,862 and 9,841,3282 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,948,199 and 101,128 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,167,527 ) , Tunisia ( 1,042,362 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 472,048 ), and Kenya ( 324,558 ).
